  • Developed and led NexTone’s product strategy to deepen the product line into security versus switching and expand into the mobile segment to provide security across fixed and mobile, access and interconnect industry segments.
  • Introduced industry-leading, global IP Virtual Private Network (IP-VPN) service at Global Crossing.
  • Developed and implemented Global Crossing’s global Internet business strategy including personally negotiating the top level peering agreements including AT&T, C&W, and Sprint to create a Tier 1 global backbone.
  • Redefined AT&T’s initial marketing efforts into on-line and data networking services and developed its Internet service strategy for the global accounts.
  • Led AT&T’s strategy development team for the company’s Intranet services.
  • Developed AT&T’s product strategy to converge three data products into one, cohesive digital private line business and protected the $3B legacy private-line revenue stream.
  • Refined the product strategy and marketing programs for a Texas-based national waste management company.
  • Developed marketing plan and product evolution strategy from TDM to VoIP-based services for a telecommunications service provider specializing in the financial services industry.
  • Developed a marketing strategy to reposition a consulting and staffing firm as a solutions provider.
  • Partnered with a network engineering firm to develop its BPL marketing strategy, conduct municipal utility site reviews, and develop alternative business models for municipalities.
  • Developed wholesale Broadband over Power Line (BPL) business model and founded start-up enterprise targeted at deployment and operation of broadband over power line (BPL) infrastructure.
